Exchange and refund
All pieces are carefully designed, curated and handmade with passion. As these pieces are intimate wearables, we are unable to refund or exchange the item you have purchased. Please ensure you have considered all details before committing to the purchase. Do refer to the warranty question on warranty coverage.
Cancellations
It is easy to change your mind but it is difficult for small businesses like us. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind so do ensure you have considered all details before committing to the purchase. Should you really need to make a cancellation, we will accept it within 6 hours from order placement or dispatchment, whichever is earlier.
Warranty
As these pieces are intimate wearables, there is no warranty to cover normal wear and tear nor mishandling of the items. However, if there are manufacturer defects with documentation proof, I will gladly repair it for free or offer an exchange. Feel free to reach out if you have concerns on your purchase!
